Cancellation Policy

Certain items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel at any time.

  • Cancellations apply to future charges and shipments only. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Pre-Orders

  • When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item not yet in stock or soon to be available.

  • We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining balance at a future date.

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a refund in accordance with our [Returns Policy].
